Salissa, with severe level 3 autism, had so much fun shopping during her Shopping Spree dream!
Carmen, age 20, diagnosed with cerebral palsy, was recently granted a dream request by the Sunshine Foundation for financial assistance to have her book, “How I Own Cerebral Palsy” published. The original wish-granting organization, the Sunshine Foundation answers the dreams of children living with life-long chronic illnesses, physical challenges, or the trauma of abuse. Carmen had a very special dream request. Bright and determined, Carmen set a goal to publish her own book, so she could share her experience of the challenges and victories as a child living with cerebral palsy.
